Our mission is to empower families through agency-based leadership and liberal arts education rooted in eternal principles and love of God and neighbor. We cultivate the heart while building individuals of character who discern truth, embrace effort, love learning, lead with wisdom, serve with compassion, and live with joy and purpose.

We believe the family is the fundamental unit of society where truth is taught, character is shaped, and the next generation is prepared to lead and serve. Our vision is to strengthen families and communities through educational experiences and shared mission that honor the family as the center of learning, equipping both youth and parents with the knowledge and desire to make life decisions based on true principles

As a family of families, we:

At IGNITE Leadership Academy, our educational approach is rooted in eternal principles and a love of God, neighbor, and self, fostering a genuine love of learning and building individuals of character who discern truth, embrace effort, lead with wisdom, and live with joy and purpose.

We warmly welcome all families who share this vision and are committed to nurturing these qualities in their children, recognizing that genuine virtue and authentic seeking ultimately serve the same Divine Author. As C.S. Lewis illustrated through the wisdom of Aslan, acts of genuine goodness, integrity, and sincere effort performed with a true heart serve the true and living God, regardless of different names or traditions attributed to them.

Our focus remains firmly on the pursuit of excellence in character and learning, guided by universal virtues. As the Apostle Paul admonished: "Finally... whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things" (Philippians 4:8).
